The Secure Trek 8 is a deluxe convertible booster seat converting from a car seat (8-18kgs) to a booster seat (14-26kgs). Keep your child well-protected in this car seat/booster seat. It boasts an internal 5 point safety harness for maximum protection. In the booster seat mode, it does not rely on the car's seat belt to restrain the child, rather it can hold the booster seat itself if not using a top tether strap. No more pushing your hand into tight places to release your child from their booster seat - the 5 point harness is easily accessible at the front of the child.

*Suitable from 8-18kgs as a car seat with internal restraints and afterwards as a booster seat (from 14kgs - 26kgs) using a H-harness or using the car's seat lap/sash seat belt to restrain the child once the child's shoulders are above the top of the internal restraint.

*Anti-submarining feature due to safe, low arm rails which hold the seat belt across the child's lap and won't allow it to 'ride up' onto the child's abdomen in the event of an accident.

*Seat anchors with top tether strap for rearward facing position and can be used for forward-facing also.

*Has large padded and energy absorbing wings to protect against side impact.

*Features both upright and recline positions.

*Has a high back with padded headrest which can be adjusted for the child's comfort.

*Strong, single piece blow moulded construction for added energy absorption on impact.

*Store the in internal restraints in a recessed part when used as a booster.
