About Us
Bubs & Tots is a family-owned business which commenced in 2006 from a small storefront in Windsor. The store relocated to McGraths Hill on the north-western corner of the Hills district of Sydney at the commencement of 2008 with much larger floor space. The premises are welcoming with bright colours, air-conditioning and convenient parking right at the door.
Through repeat business and referrals from customer to customer, we recognise that our customers are our future. The owner Fran has specialised in customer service for the last 8 years and all staff members are equally committed to exceptional customer service. We’ll do all we can to meet your needs, even if we have to source the appropriate product for you. To this end, we will ‘go the extra mile’ to give advice with a smile, using our knowledge of retail in the baby industry as well as our experience as mums and relatives of babies and toddlers.
Management are committed to ‘fair’ prices for all our customers. We feature package deal discounts, invitations to join our Bubs & Tots VIP club with access to special buys and member-only discounts (conditions apply), baby register special offers and advertised weekly specials.
We value every person who deals with our store, whether they are customers, suppliers or employees. We are proud to be part of the Hawkesbury district and are currently working with community and fundraising events to contribute back to the Hawkesbury community. We are also proud to be of service to the many interstate customers who have purchased via telephone or internet and returned on many occasions for further advice and purchases. We have a reliable freight company who care for your goods in transit and delivers Australia-wide.
